ProFlex is Host Dada's performance hosting: cPanel on a LiteSpeed Enterprise server, with WP Toolkit for WordPress, Imunify360 security, free SSL and daily off-site backups. This guide explains what each ProFlex plan includes, how to log in to cPanel and where to find the tools you'll use most.
Is ProFlex the hosting I have?
Host Dada has two hosting platforms, and they use different control panels:
- ProFlex Hosting (ProFlex Web, ProFlex Business and ProFlex Business Plus) uses cPanel. This article and the rest of the ProFlex section are for you.
- Essential, WordPress and Business Email hosting use the Host Dada Control Panel. See Which hosting do I have? if you're not sure.
To check, log in to the Client Area and open Services. A ProFlex service is listed as ProFlex Hosting, and its menu has a Log in to cPanel link.

Log in to cPanel
- Log in to the Client Area. Go to my.hostdada.co.uk and sign in.
- Open your ProFlex service. Choose Services, then click your ProFlex Hosting service.
-
Click Log in to cPanel. It's under Actions on the left. cPanel opens already signed in, so you don't need a separate password.
Log in to cPanel from your ProFlex service in the Client Area.
Where to find things in cPanel
cPanel's home page groups tools into sections. You can also type a tool's name into Search Tools at the top of every page.

Why LiteSpeed matters
ProFlex runs on LiteSpeed Enterprise, a web server built for speed. Its biggest advantage is server-level page caching. When your WordPress site uses the free LiteSpeed Cache plugin, pages can be served from the cache without running PHP or querying the database. See Speed up WordPress with LiteSpeed Cache.
Troubleshooting
I can't see Log in to cPanel in the Client Area
Make sure you've opened the ProFlex service itself (under Services), not a domain. If the service shows as Suspended, check for an unpaid invoice under Billing, or open a ticket.
The cPanel tools look different from a guide I found online
Host Dada uses cPanel's current Jupiter theme, and some tools that other hosts offer, such as email accounts and third-party script installers, aren't part of ProFlex. Our ProFlex guides match what you'll see in your account.
My site is on the other Host Dada platform
If your service opens the Host Dada Control Panel instead of cPanel, follow the Web Hosting guides instead, starting with How to log in to the Host Dada Control Panel.
