ProFlex hosting doesn't include email accounts in cPanel. Your business email instead comes from Microsoft 365 (included with ProFlex Business and Business Plus) or from a Host Dada Email plan. This article explains your options, how to get set up and what to do if you're moving from a host that had cPanel email.
Why there's no email in cPanel
ProFlex servers are dedicated to running websites fast. Keeping email on a separate, specialist platform means a busy website can't slow down your mail (or the reverse), spam filtering is stronger, and your email keeps working even while your website is being changed or moved. That's why you won't find Email Accounts, Forwarders or Webmail in your ProFlex cPanel.

Setting up Microsoft 365
- Sign in to Microsoft 365. If your plan includes it, we'll send your Microsoft 365 admin login when the service is set up. If you haven't received it, open a ticket.
- Connect your domain. Your domain is verified in Microsoft 365 and its email (MX), autodiscover and SPF records are pointed at Microsoft. If your domain uses Host Dada nameservers, we add these DNS records for you as part of setup. See Connect your domain to Microsoft 365 for what's involved.
- Create your mailboxes and assign licences. See Add a user and assign a licence.
- Set up Outlook on your computer and phone. See Set up Outlook for Windows with Microsoft 365.
Setting up Host Dada Email
- Order a Host Dada Email plan for your domain from the Client Area, or ask us to add one.
- Create your mailboxes in the Host Dada Control Panel. See Create an email account.
- Point your domain's MX records at Host Dada Email. On Host Dada nameservers we'll do this for you. Your website stays on ProFlex.
- Add the mailbox to your devices using Email settings for any device.
Moving from a host that had cPanel email
If your old host gave you mailboxes in cPanel, they won't move across with your website. Plan the switch so no email is lost:
- Choose Microsoft 365 or Host Dada Email and set up the new mailboxes first.
- Copy your old email across before you switch: see Move email into Microsoft 365 or Move your email to Host Dada.
- Switch the MX records to your new email service. New mail then goes to the new mailboxes.
- Run a final copy to catch anything that arrived during the switch, then remove the old accounts from your devices.
Prefer us to move it for you? Our team can handle the migration. Open a ticket for a quote.
Sending email from your website
Contact forms and WooCommerce order emails sent by your website should go through your real mailbox, not straight from the server. Otherwise they often land in spam. Use an SMTP plugin with your Microsoft 365 or Host Dada Email account. See WordPress not sending email? Set up SMTP.
Troubleshooting
I changed DNS records in cPanel's Zone Editor but nothing happened
If your domain uses Host Dada nameservers, your live DNS isn't held in cPanel, so changes in Zone Editor have no effect. Open a ticket with the records you need, and we'll add them for you.
Email stopped arriving after I moved my website to ProFlex
The domain's MX records probably still point to your old host, or were removed during the move. Check which email service you're using and open a ticket. We'll restore the correct MX records.
