Host Dada Webmail lets you read and send your business email from any web browser, with nothing to install. Go to webmail.hostdada.uk and sign in with your full email address and mailbox password.
Before you start
- You need the mailbox's full email address (for example
jane@yourbusiness.co.uk) and its password. - If you've forgotten the password, the account owner can set a new one in the Control Panel. See Change or reset an email password.
Sign in to webmail
- Go to webmail.hostdada.uk in any browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox), on a computer, tablet or phone.
-
Enter your details. Type your full email address in Email Address and your mailbox password in Password, then click Login.
Use your full email address, not just the part before the @.
-
You'll see your inbox. Your folders (Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Spam and Deleted Items) are on the left, messages are in the middle, and the message you select opens on the right.
The webmail inbox. The bar at the bottom of the folder list shows how full your mailbox is.

Troubleshooting
My password isn't accepted
Check you typed the full email address and that Caps Lock is off. If it still fails, ask whoever manages your hosting to set a new password in the Control Panel under Email Accounts.
I've just created the mailbox and can't log in
New mailboxes are usually ready within a few minutes, but can take up to 30 minutes. Try again shortly.
My emails have disappeared
If an email program is set up with POP3, it may be downloading messages and removing them from the server, so webmail no longer sees them. Switch that program to IMAP. Also check the Spam and Deleted Items folders, and use the search box above the message list.
