The Host Dada Control Panel is where you manage your website files, email accounts, databases, SSL and DNS. The easiest way in is the Log in to Control Panel button in your Client Area, which signs you in automatically with no extra password.
Before you start
- You'll need your Client Area login (my.hostdada.co.uk).
- Your hosting must be Active. New orders are usually set up within a few minutes of payment.
Log in from the Client Area (recommended)
- Log in to the Client Area at my.hostdada.co.uk.
- Open your hosting. Select Services, then select your Essential, WordPress or Business Email plan. You can also use the Manage button next to it on the dashboard.
- Select Log in to Control Panel. The button is under the plan details on the Product Details page. The Control Panel opens in a new tab, already signed in.

- Choose the package to manage. If you have more than one hosting package, you'll see Manage Services with a list of them. Select Manage next to the website you want to work on. With only one package, you may go straight to its overview.
Manage Services lists every hosting package on your account.
Log in directly at cp.hostdada.uk
You can also go straight to cp.hostdada.uk and sign in with a Control Panel Username and Password, then select Sign me in. This is useful if you've given a web designer their own Control Panel login. For most customers the Client Area button is quicker, because it uses your Client Area login and you don't need a separate password.
Finding your way around
Once you've selected Manage on a package, the tools are grouped by area: Files (File Manager, FTP Accounts, Backup / Restore), Email (Email Accounts, Email Forwarders, Autoresponders), Databases (phpMyAdmin, MySQL Databases), Domains, Security (SSL/TLS), Software (Change PHP Version) and more. The top bar always has Manage Services, Preferences, Security Details (your Control Panel password and two-factor authentication) and Support.
Troubleshooting
Nothing happens when I select Log in to Control Panel
The Control Panel opens in a new tab, so your browser may have blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for my.hostdada.co.uk and try again.
I don't see a Log in to Control Panel button
Check you've opened the right service. ProFlex hosting has Log in to cPanel instead, and Microsoft 365 is managed at admin.microsoft.com. If the service is Pending or Suspended, the button won't appear. Pay any outstanding invoice or open a ticket.
"Session expired" or I'm sent back to a login page
Log out of the Client Area, close the tab, log back in and use the button again. Single sign-on links only work for a short time, so don't bookmark the address the button opens.
