• The maximum file size of Incoming and Outgoing messages is 50 MB, which includes:
○ The e-mail file size
○ Header size/information and,
○ Attached files’ size
• Depending on the size of the email and header information itself, it could be assumed that any attachment itself should not exceed 43 MB.
• The 50 MB would be the complete size of the incoming message.
Maximum number of emails on Hosted exchange
• 100 recipients per e-mail.
• 1GB or 1000 Emails within a 24 Hour Period.
• Abuser accounts will be suspended for an hour when abuse occurs.
• Repeated offenders will be contacted.
Email Submission Rate
Outbound Emails are accepted at a rate of 5 Messages a minute any Automated Systems utilising our systems will need to send below this Rate or Exchange will reject the content as part of its own Throughput Management.
Please contact us should you require additional Email Volume sending capacity.
Public Folder size limit:
• For Hosted Exchange 2010 - 10MB per user up to a maximum of 2GB per Organisation
• For Hosted Exchange 2013 - 100MB per user up to a maximum of 5GB per Organisation
